Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, including APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows it. We don't ship internationally yet.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost is shown in your cart and again at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfillment partner from a US warehouse, usually within 2–4 business days after payment. Transit then typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the carrier and your location. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you the carrier and tracking number. You can also check your order status from the link in your confirmation email.

Problems with a delivery

If your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us within 14 days at editor@guruhealthline.com with your order number. If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, see our Returns & Refunds policy.

Address changes

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we can update the address only if the order hasn't been packed yet.
